On 8 June 2015, the UEFA General Secretary (hereinafter referred to as “the General Secretary”) referred the Admission Form and Olympiakos’ case to the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (hereinafter referred to as “the CEDB”), pursuant to Article 4.07 of the 2015/16 Regulations of the UEFA Champions League (hereinafter referred to as the “UCLR”) (hereinafter referred to as “the First Referral”). At the same time, the General Secretary also made a request to the UEFA Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector (hereinafter referred to as the “EDI”) to conduct an investigation over the admission of Olympiakos into the 2015/16 UEFA Champions League.
