Force majeure, indeed, implies an objective rather than a personal impediment, beyond the control of the "obliged party", that is unforeseeable, that cannot be resisted, and that renders the performance of the obligation impossible. In addition, the conditions for the occurrence of force majeure are to be narrowly interpreted, since force majeure introduces an exception to the binding force of an obligation.
